4.6 Dongosolo loperekera mpweya: Sinthani kuthamanga kwa mpweya kufika pa 1Kg/cm2 m'magawo awiri. Gawo loyamba limasinthidwa pang'ono 2Kg/cm2, pogwiritsa ntchito fyuluta ya mpweya yochokera kunja, yokhala ndi ntchito yotulutsa madzi. Gawo lachiwiri limasinthidwa bwino 1Kg/cm2, 1/4 pressure gauge, kulondola komanso kuwonetsa kolondola.
4.7 Njira yopopera:
a. Bernaut mfundo kuyamwa madzi amchere kenako atomize, digiri ya atomization ndi yofanana, palibe cholepheretsa crystallization, ikhoza kuonetsetsa kuti mayeso opitilira.
b. Nozzle imapangidwa ndi galasi lofewa, lomwe limatha kusintha kuchuluka kwa kupopera ndi ngodya ya kupopera.
c. Kuchuluka kwa kupopera kumatha kusinthidwa kuyambira 1 mpaka 2ml/h (muyezo wa ml/80cm2/h umafuna maola 16 oyesera kuchuluka kwapakati).
